1. Information we collect

When you use RITAM BITES, we collect the information you provide while creating or signing in to your account: your name, college email address, and, if provided, your contact number, roll number, department and year. We also maintain your order history, favourite items, and campus wallet balance to provide the service.

2. Sign-in with Google

You may sign in using your Google account. When you do, we receive your name and email address from Google through the OAuth flow, and we store these details for your account profile.

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the campus food ordering service: authenticating you, placing and tracking your orders, processing payments, sending order notifications, and providing customer support.

4. Data hosting

Your data is stored securely on our cloud infrastructure (Appwrite) in secure data centres. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
